These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pharmacy Weight Loss Oxted online clinic and pharmacy services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Oxted is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Oxted and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Our clinical team makes all prescribing decisions independently and in your best interest.
All prescription medicines supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Oxted require a valid prescription issued by a registered UK prescriber. Prescriptions are generated only following a completed clinical assessment, which may include follow-up questions from our pharmacist or prescriber.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a clinically appropriate prescription. Prescriptions remain the clinical and legal property of the issuing prescriber. We are unable to fulfil third-party prescriptions issued outside our service.
Ongoing treatment is subject to regular clinical review. We may decline to issue repeat prescriptions if we believe continued treatment is not suitable.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards processed via a secure, encrypted payment gateway. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment does not guarantee supply. If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays.
Medicines will be packaged discreetly and securely in accordance with pharmaceutical storage requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery location is provided. We are not liable for medicines that are lost or damaged after confirmed delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be processed automatically. Refunds for approved and dispatched orders will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
Our services are not a substitute for face-to-face medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency department immediately. For non-urgent health concerns, please consult your NHS GP.
Weight loss medications carry potential risks and side effects. You must read all patient information provided with your medication and contact us or your GP if you experience any adverse effects. We are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from information you provide that is inaccurate or incomplete.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will only be used to provide and improve our services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be published on our website with the date of last revision. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
